Automated Application Processing Workflow (OpenForms → Google Sheets → Email Routing)
I designed and implemented an automated workflow to streamline the intake and processing of application submissions.
When a new form is submitted via OpenForms, the system:
Extracts all form data and attachments
Logs the submission into a structured Google Sheets database
Automatically routes an email notification to the appropriate party based on predefined logic
This eliminated manual data entry, reduced processing time, and ensured that every submission is properly tracked and assigned without delays.
