FlowPilot AI is a self-initiated product demonstration for lead management and AI-assisted follow-up workflows. I designed the product workflow, requirements, dashboard UX, and human-in-the-loop AI experience—from lead prioritization and context review to follow-up drafting and approval. The project demonstrates how manual business processes can be transformed into focused, practical digital workflows while keeping users in control.
