Project Overview: Bespoke Dental ERP & Practice Management System
We architected and developed a custom, production-grade Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform tailored specifically for dental clinics and medical practices. Built completely from scratch without generic templates, this system was engineered to streamline complex clinical operations, automate client workflows, and secure patient data management pipelines.
Core Architecture & Key Modules:
Centralized Live Admin Dashboard: Provides clinical directors with high-level analytics over total monthly revenues, patient enrollment growth metrics, and daily appointment pacing charts.
Smart Practice Analytics: Features real-time graphical insights detailing practice health, treatment distribution statistics (Routine Checkups, Implants, Root Canals), and historical revenue comparisons.
Comprehensive Clinical Care Flow: Deeply integrated sections managing everything from digital patient intake charts, treatment planning timelines, active prescriptions, to digital consent forms.
Clinic Operations Control: Full back-office automation modules handling granular inventory tracking, point-of-sale billing invoices, patient queues, and internal communications via a dedicated command center.
Role-Based Security Infrastructure: Multi-tier permissions ensuring secure, isolated access levels for doctors, administrative staff, and clinical directors.
Tech Stack Utilized:
High-performance, cross-platform frontend interface engineered for maximum responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
Secure, scalable cloud database system paired with real-time API gateways to maintain instantaneous state synchronization across all administrative terminals.

New project: ALIVE Library - a free, research-grounded reference for design knowledge.
I built it to be the resource I always wanted: short entries that explain the actual mechanism behind a design principle, not just its name. Five themes spanning cognitive science, calm technology, AI interfaces, UX patterns, and tooling: 50 entries at launch, hand-built, no fluff.
It's also the clearest window into how I think about design and the kind of rigor I bring to client work.
The framing here is exactly what most design resources miss. Explaining the mechanism behind a principle, not just labeling it, is what actually changes how someone designs. Calm technology and AI interfaces in the same library is a smart combination right now.
