That’s why I built FlowPilot, a practical project management system around a startup launch scenario.
The goal wasn't to create another task list.
It was to create a system where a PM can quickly see:
→ What needs to happen
→ Who owns it
→ What's dependent on what
→ What's at risk
→ Where the project stands
I structured the system in Asana using project sections, ownership, milestones, dependencies, status tracking and RAG visibility.
The idea is simple: better visibility leads to better decisions.

Creative work
I built this video as part of a series of LinkedIn posts about project control. It started with a simple question: why can a project look healthy while warning signs are already appearing?
I then explored five signals I watch — progress, schedule, dependencies, cost, and unresolved actions — and how I connect them into insight, decisions, and action.
That thinking led me to develop the Project Command Center, a practical project-control workflow that I now showcase as an offering on Contra. I built it to make complex project situations easier to understand and act on.
