Aruna. Manufacturing Procurement System
An interface study exploring how procurement software can stay operationally dense without becoming visually overwhelming.
Aruna gives manufacturing teams a clearer view of purchasing commitments, supplier performance, delivery risks, approval states, and overall procurement activity.
The visual direction is intentionally restrained: strong information hierarchy, compact data presentation, attention-based status semantics, and subtle industrial motifs inspired by manufacturing environments.
The goal was simple:
Design something with enough character to feel intentional, but grounded enough to feel production-ready.

Aruna is a procurement management concept for manufacturing teams to track purchase orders, supplier fulfillment, approvals, and delivery risks.
For this exploration, I wanted to move away from overly expressive dashboard design and focus on something more grounded: clear information hierarchy, practical data density, meaningful status semantics, and components that could realistically make it into production.
The visual language stays intentionally restrained, with subtle industrial cues inspired by manufacturing environments. Color is used primarily as a signal for items that require attention, while routine operational states remain neutral.
Designed to feel less like a concept, and more like software people could actually use.
