Electronic Health Record system designed for doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams. The product was focused on helping medical professionals manage patient records, appointments, prescriptions, reports, tasks, and team workflows from one secure and easy-to-use dashboard.

For this project, I focused on clean information architecture, clear visual hierarchy, reusable components, and a practical product flow that could support real healthcare use cases. It was not just about creating a beautiful dashboard it was about making a complex EHR system feel simple, structured, and usable for busy healthcare professionals.
