Executive Analytics & Decision Dashboards
I design executive dashboards that turn complex operational, customer, sales, and marketing data into clear, actionable decision tools.
This project brings together dashboards I built for real business use cases - from customer health and product adoption to sales forecasting, pipeline performance, and marketing funnel analytics.
The goal across each experience was the same: prioritize the metrics that matter, reduce cognitive load, and make it easy for leaders to understand what’s happening and where action is needed.

Strong framing: an executive dashboard earns its keep only when each view is tied to a decision. One addition I’ve found useful is placing decision thresholds or guardrails beside the KPIs—what triggers investigation versus action—so leaders don’t have to infer meaning from movement alone. Nice collection.
Completely agree. Without thresholds or targets, KPIs can be hard to interpret, and the next logical question is usually: “OK, I’m seeing these metrics, but so what? Is this good or bad, and what should I do next?”

The multi-line shift chart earns its space by showing morning/evening/night as separate trends instead of one blended attendance number — that's the difference between "who's late today" and "which shift is actually understaffed." The KPI row above stays honest by not trying to say the same thing twice.
Employee Workforce & Attrition Analytics Dashboard
I designed and developed an interactive Employee Workforce & Attrition Analytics Dashboard in Microsoft Power BI to provide a clear, data-driven view of workforce structure, compensation, employee demographics, and hiring trends.
The dashboard analyzes 2K+ employees and provides key business metrics including total annual salary, average salary, and average performance rating. It also enables users to explore employee distribution across departments, locations, employment types, and gender, while the hiring trend visualization highlights workforce growth over time.

This project demonstrates my ability to transform employee data into clear, interactive, and actionable business insights using Power BI.
The client needed a better way to manage and qualify new leads without doing everything manually. I built an AI-powered system that captures new leads, qualifies them, scores them, updates the CRM, and sends the right follow-up based on each lead. The client liked how the workflow reduced manual work and made it easier to see which leads needed attention.
