Building a Trusted Data Foundation for Executive Reporting & AI Many growing organizations struggle with fragmented data spread across CRM, finance, marketing, support, and product systems. Reporting becomes inconsistent because business logic is duplicated across dashboards, making it difficult to trust metrics or build AI solutions on top of the data. In this project, I designed and implemented a centralized data architecture that transformed disconnected operational systems into a governed reporting layer. The solution established a single source of truth by standardizing business logic, creating validated metrics, and delivering trusted data marts for analytics and executive reporting. To help stakeholders understand the architecture, I also created a series of executive-friendly visuals that explain how raw operational data is transformed into reliable business metrics before being consumed by dashboards or AI applications.
