I like some of you, participated in the three editions of this challenge.
I wasn't serious enough in the first two.
However, with this one, I was and did invest time and money.
But nothing. Analytics says that only one person from the US checked the submission.
So I analysed the three editions to get the formula of winning.
The first thing: You must have a following or an audience here or outside. The 5 points of social will decide on where you go.
Second, you have to publish early or at least when there is still room for people to try your thing. And plays with it and even likes it and comment.
Third, if you make it to the recap video, it means you most likely is considered for winning.
At least that's what the analysis says. The data, went through both deepseek and claude.

Character brief:
KROWE is the non-conformist crow who runs STASH, the portal where side projects get saved, built, and shipped. It scavenges the half-finished ideas everyone else lets rot and tucks them somewhere they can actually come back to life. Sharp, resourceful, and quietly relentless, it turns 2am sparks into shipped reality. KROWE is the difference between an idea dying in a forgotten tab and an idea going live. Whatever you stash, KROWE helps you ship.

The entire project was built in Recraft Studio with a saved Recraft style for character consistency, Vectorize for the logo, and Convert-to-mockup for merch. The same KROWE (locked palette, one silhouette, one volt-amber lightning beak) was carried across a logo, sticker pack, poster, merch, an app icon, a 6-frame story, and a 30-second motion piece.
