A behind-the-scenes breakdown is such a good move for this challenge, it shows the process instead of just the polished output. Building a full brand identity plus a promo video from only Envato assets is no small feat, what took the most iteration, the logo or the video edit?

Thank you so much for your comment! The process was a continuous flow, but the video editing definitely took the most time, especially matching the music perfectly with the images. Envato has so many amazing assets that, to be honest, the "hardest" part was not getting lost in the search and actually picking the right elements!

How do you design a skincare brand inspired by olives… without making it look like olive oil? 🤔 🤌🏼 That's the challenge I'm currently working through!

The hero ingredient naturally brings to mind food, kitchens, and grocery shelves. But this brand belongs in a premium skincare space.

So instead of focusing on the fruit itself, I'm exploring the Mediterranean lifestyle, botanical illustrations, tactile packaging, earthy color palettes, and editorial typography to communicate the ingredient without feeling edible.

This project is still a work in progress, but I thought it would be interesting to share the exploration before the final result.

Curious... if you had to communicate olives without illustrating an olive, where would you start?

My first read was a "2," but staring longer it splits into two separate quotation-mark-like shapes stacked on each other. Was the ambiguity intentional from the brief, or did it emerge while you were exploring and you decided to keep it?
