Aegon Life - Mobile-First Insurance Redesign
India's insurance users are mobile-first, fast-scrolling, and quick to bounce. Aegon Life's legacy website wasn't built for them.
As lead UI designer, I led the end-to-end redesign of their web and mobile experience - from moodboarding to dev handoff. Key work included building a full component library, spacing system, and a gamified product discovery flow that helped users find the right plan without an agent.
Key screens: Homepage, Product Pages, Goal Calculator, and Claims.
The result? A 25–30% growth in term insurance web traffic post-launch - cited publicly by the CEO.
