For the past 4 years, Iโve been building my own design school Hyperactive Education where we teach UI/UX design, product design, and how to build strong portfolios from scratch to advanced level

Honestly, this is one of my favorite moments in the entire process. Because this is the moment when I get to see students โbecome designersโ for the first time
They go from learning fundamentals to presenting full projects as if theyโre speaking to real clients or stakeholders.
What makes it even more meaningful is that I grow together with every cohort.
My students constantly show me what can be improved โ in the system, in the teaching, in how we structure learning. So in a way, their progress is also a reflection of my own work and my teamโs work.
Itโs a shared responsibility. And always a moment of evaluation from both sides
Today Iโm genuinely proud. I saw people who just a few weeks ago were learning basics now confidently presenting complete, thoughtful design projects.
And it never stops being emotional for me ๐ฅน๐ฅน๐ฅน

There's something great about watching diploma presentations specifically, because that's the moment students stop performing "student" and start performing "designer." Do you notice a common thing almost every cohort struggles with right before that shift clicks for them?
