I Thought I Needed More Confidence. I Was Wrong.
For a long time, I believed confidence was something you had before you started.
I thought successful people were simply born with it.
The confidence to speak up.
The confidence to take risks.

So I waited.
I told myself I needed more time.
More knowledge.
More experience.
More confidence.
Weeks turned into months.
Months turned into years.
And while I was waiting, other people were moving forward.
Some weren't more talented than me.
Some weren't more experienced.
Some weren't even more prepared.
They simply started.
That realization changed everything.
I began to notice a pattern.

Confidence wasn't the starting point.
