A few weeks ago, while working on the Crifox website, I caught myself asking a simple question:
What happens after someone likes the homepage?
The visuals can impress.
The services can inform.
The portfolio can showcase great work.
But when it's time to make a decision, people start looking for proof.
That's why I gave the testimonial section more attention than most people expect. It isn't just another section to scroll past—it's where hesitation turns into confidence.
Real people.
Real experiences.
Presented in a way that's easy to scan, credible, and impossible to miss.
As designers, we often focus on beautiful interfaces. But sometimes, the most valuable screen isn't the most visually exciting—it's the one that answers the question every visitor is quietly asking:
"Can I trust this company?"
That's the role good testimonial design should play.
