I built a cinematic, scroll-driven experience using React, GSAP ScrollTrigger, Lenis Scroll, and Framer Motion. Vertical scroll drives frame-by-frame video, a horizontal timeline, and section-locking — all with zero layout shifts across desktop and mobile.
The client loved the animation and overall experience on delivery — exactly the premium feel their brand needed.
