Junior designer winss!! and whoever designed it should be proud, great job! The only thing I prefer in the Claude version is how much more attention the product gets. That same product focus could definitely be pushed further in the other version too.
There's no contest, IMO — Fable 5.1 is still far away from a human's taste; it just follows the rules and applies them. 👍

i feel like it all about the target audience you are building it for, interactive is nice but some people like static
I've built enough Middle-East-facing products to know: "East" isn't a blue color swatch bolted onto a hero image. It's rhythm, texture, warmth the stuff a user feels before they can name it. One of these two designs gets that in my opinion.
If the client pushes back, which detail do you defend first ?
