Quick tip from client work: before you automate anything, delete the step first.
Most businesses ask me to automate a broken process. But automating a step that shouldn't exist just makes the waste faster and more expensive.
Map the process on paper. Cross out everything that doesn't directly create value or revenue. Then automate what's left.
