Description The Gloo Growth Navigator is an internal GTM tool built to model pricing, scope, and subscription structures for a SaaS-style services business. It supports pricing out statements of work alongside ongoing subscription support, helping test different commercial models, delivery assumptions, and margin scenarios.
This tool was used internally while shaping Gloo’s own pricing strategy, including how we package discovery, build phases, and ongoing support using Lovable-powered tools.
Built with Lovable to reflect real GTM decision-making. The focus is on clarity, flexibility, and making trade-offs visible for founders.
