Working on my final project for a UX healthcare course 🏥 The challenge I'm tackling: Healthcare documentation overload—clinicians buried in paperwork, patients confused about their care, and important details getting missed. My solution: AI-assisted note-taking that helps patients understand their visit while reducing the burden on clinicians.
