Hello @Contra Team,
It is to inform you about the situation with my participation in CapCut Seedance 2.5 Video Challenge. I was ahead of time with applying for 5,000 free credits; yet, no matter how many times I checked and tried to use the tool, the credits were never added to my account.
As a result, I cannot use my app to make the video and will have to withdraw from the challenge.
All of my ideas and plans, the timeline, and prompts are already prepared. However, if, somehow, I manage to receive the credits before the final deadline in the next 20 hours, I will take part in the competition right away. Yet, unfortunately, with such a short period of time, this is unlikely to occur.

I am taking part in the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and very excited about shooting my one-take shot. 📽️
Initially, I applied for 5,000 free Seedance credits on August 13. They state that credits are usually issued within 1-2 business days, but so far they have not been credited to my account. Since the deadline is near - August 19th - I decided to reapply today, but still want to ask for help.
Please, can you check this out for me so I can generate seeds before the deadline? If needed, I can provide my account data.

Hello Rittik, I think most people are submitting the wrong ID. They’re asking for the UID, not the CapCut ID shown in the app. The UID is much longer than the regular CapCut ID.

Can we use Capcut Ai lab app ?
Hi Contra team,
I joined the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and submitted the application for the 5,000 free credits two days ago. The form was successfully submitted ("Got it!"), but my account still only shows Dreamina Seedance 1.0 Fast and 0 AI credits.
I have also reapplied today because I thought the first submission might not have gone through.
The challenge deadline is approaching, and I'm unable to use the required Seedance 2.5 model. Could you please check my application or activate my credits?
