Hi Contra team,
I joined the CapCut Seedance 2.5 challenge and submitted the application for the 5,000 free credits two days ago. The form was successfully submitted ("Got it!"), but my account still only shows Dreamina Seedance 1.0 Fast and 0 AI credits.
I have also reapplied today because I thought the first submission might not have gone through.
The challenge deadline is approaching, and I'm unable to use the required Seedance 2.5 model. Could you please check my application or activate my credits?

@Matthew Komolafe Seeing only Seedance 1.0 Fast and 0 credits after two submissions sounds like an account sync issue. Did the form use the same email as your CapCut account?
@Nugraha Yes, I used the same email address for both the Contra application and my CapCut account.

Is Seedance 2.5 currently down on CapCut for you too? Trying to generate my entry for the challenge, but it keeps failing and returning credits.

Same here — desktop app kept failing for me too (same "couldn't generate, credits returned" error). Switched to the web version and it went through first try. Might be worth trying that while desktop sorts itself out.
Hey @Kayla Li I still haven’t received the free credits for the CapCut Seedance 2.5 Challenge, even though it’s already been a day. Should I wait a few more days, or is there anything you can do to help us get the credits sooner? The deadline is getting closer, and we really need the credits to have enough time to create something good.

Is there a waiting period for the credits to be added, or do I need to complete any additional steps?
Hey @Fajar Wahyu Pribadi, in looking at the credit submission page, it says credits will be added within 1-2 business days. Let us know if you don't see them after tomorrow. Happy creating!
