For this challenge, I designed an original mascot with its own personality, custom wordmark, signature color palette, and a complete identity system that stays consistent across posters, stickers, packaging, and social media.
The goal wasn't just to create a cute character—it was to build a mascot that feels like it belongs to a real brand and can live across endless applications without losing its identity.

SALTY BIRD is a concept for a modern beach bar built around a bold brand identity and its own universe of characters. At the heart of the brand is a charismatic pigeon that has become a symbol of carefree relaxation and good vibes. Surrounding him is a team of supporting characters, each representing a different aspect of the bar's life and making the brand feel more vibrant, recognizable, and full of personality.
The project includes the development of the logo, brand color palette, mascots, sticker pack, environmental branding, and a cohesive visual identity system. The main idea was to create not just a beach bar, but a complete brand with its own character, humor, and memorable visual language.
