Having used Gemini 3.6 Flash across a few intense visual
experimentations and design workflow setups, this release feels like a genuine
step forward for real-world projects.
What stands out most in practice isn't just the speed, but
the clear accuracy and efficiency. When building complex, multi-step creative
setups, like keeping physical material textures, hardware details, and lighting
consistent across product libraries, the improved precision makes a huge
difference. You waste far fewer tries getting the model to understand subtle
prompt instructions.
In my process, Gemini 3.6 Flash acts as the vital strategic
"brain”, analyzing and breaking down complex prompts before handing them
over to image engines like Nano Banana to render. It handles structured,
repetitive tasks without losing context or getting overwhelmed by too many
details. This makes using it alongside manual post-processing (like Photoshop
color grading) feel like a smooth, reliable production pipeline.
My Suggestion on How to Manage Thread Noise & Workflow

In longer chat sessions, making too many back-and-forth
tweaks can cause "thread fatigue," where the AI starts losing track
of original details.

builds where you need strict prompt accuracy, deeper memory, and full control
over settings.

Big news: I’ve been invited to join the Contra Labs Network as a Video Editor.
I’m genuinely excited about this opportunity, and I’ve already completed my first evaluation.
What I find especially interesting about Contra Labs is that it focuses on something AI development still often underestimates: expert judgment.
A video can be technically clean and still fail. The idea might be unclear, the pacing might not hold attention, the ad might not communicate its message, or the story might never really land.
The real question is not only “does it look good?” It’s also “does it communicate, persuade, tell the story clearly, and work for the audience?”
Contra Labs brings experienced creatives into the process of evaluating AI-generated work and helping AI teams understand what makes an image or video effective in practice.
That feels very close to my work across AI video, editing, visual development, advertising, and creative direction. Making something look good is only part of it. It also has to communicate the idea, tell the story clearly, and do the job it was created for.
I hope my first evaluation helps future models get better at those decisions.

A technically clean video can still fail the job. I'd ask reviewers to name the exact moment where the message or pacing breaks, so the feedback points to something concrete.
I use FigmaWeave as my go to tool for the creativeflow, by the recent introduction of Gen Effects it seems more easier to adopt AI in Post-Production as well.
The node view makes the move into post-production easy to follow. Have Gen Effects been more useful for polishing one finished clip or for trying several versions earlier?
