Hey friends, today I have joined both Contra, and Cantina, I saw the competition and spent the night (it is 5 AM where I am now) to create the pilot, and submitted my entry to the Cantina Challenge. I created DJ Al-Ki-Mist: The Last Sound Alchemist—a new sci-fi micro-series set in 2049, where an AI entertainment system has perfected music by removing unpredictable human emotion. DJ Al-Ki-Mist creates forbidden sound formulas beneath the city of Aetheron. In the pilot, Human Error, he broadcasts one of those formulas into a perfectly synchronised nightclub—and the crowd begins to feel again. The episode explores music, technology, control, freedom and the dangerous beauty of human imperfection. This was created under serious time pressure, so it is not a perfect film—but I am proud that I brought the character, world and pilot from concept to finished video in Cantina. I would love to hear your honest reaction: Would you keep listening to music if an AI guaranteed that every song would make you feel exactly the right emotion? #cantinachallenge #AIStorytelling #SciFi #MicroSeries #ElectronicMusic

You Do Not Need an AI Strategy. You Need a Better Business Workflow Most businesses do not have an AI problem. They have a workflow problem. Leads sit too long before someone responds. Sales follow-up depends on memory. Customer information is scattered across inboxes, spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Teams repeat the same admin work because no one has redesigned the process around how the business actually operates. Adding an AI tool to that environment does not create transformation. It often creates one more tab, one more subscription and one more process that people are expected to maintain. That is the central idea behind my latest edition of The New Entrepreneurship: “You Do Not Need an AI Strategy. You Need a Better Business Workflow.” The useful question is not: “What should we do with AI?” It is: “Where does our business repeatedly lose time, opportunities, clarity or customer momentum—and what is the smallest practical system that can fix it?” AI is most valuable when it sits inside a well-defined workflow with a real owner, a measurable outcome and appropriate human approval. For a growing business, that might mean: • Responding to qualified enquiries while interest is still high • Turning fragmented sales follow-up into a reliable process • Reducing repetitive onboarding and admin work • Giving teams access to internal knowledge without endless searching • Creating clearer handoffs between marketing, sales, delivery and support • Helping people make faster decisions without replacing human judgment The goal is not to make a company look “AI-powered.” The goal is to make it operate with less friction, more consistency and more room for the work that requires real human intelligence. That is the kind of entrepreneurship I want to explore through The New Entrepreneurship: practical systems, AI-native business models, digital assets, ownership and the operating ideas shaping how people build companies now.
