Been wanting to share one of my first award-winning projects for a while now, so here we go 🔥
This project was created for UMBA — a Ukrainian non-profit organization focused on military innovation and defense production.
We handled the entire experience from scratch: Web Design, Webflow Development, 3D, and Motion Design.
Later on, the project received Website of the Day from CSS Design Awards, which honestly became one of the biggest personal milestones for me at that stage of my journey. Still one of the most meaningful projects I’ve worked on!

Remote onboarding was being treated like a checklist problem. The real problem was that new hires had no sense of arrival — no moment where the company said: you're here, and here's what that means. Onbrd needed to be the brand that changed that.
