I created “THE LAST 30 SECONDS,” a cinematic historical action short designed to feel like a high-budget movie trailer compressed into 30 seconds.
Instead of focusing on flashy AI visuals alone, I built the piece around a strong narrative hook: a wounded warrior is moments away from execution when a mysterious armored fighter arrives and challenges him. The confrontation escalates into a reveal that changes everything — the stranger is his older self, returning from the future to stop the younger version from becoming the man who starts the war.
I wanted to push Seedance beyond simple visual spectacle and use it for cinematic storytelling, realistic action, character consistency, atmosphere, performance, and tension.
The goal was to make every shot serve the story while keeping the pacing intense enough to hold attention from the first frame to the final reveal.
Created with a focus on cinematic direction, AI-generated action, visual continuity, realistic environments, character consistency, sound design, and final editing in CapCut.
I created this entry to see how Seedance 2.5 handles character morphing from line art to 2D to gauche art to 3D and finally photorealism with this 30 seconds one take ballerina dance.

i made a 90-sec Hollywood-style motorcycle chase short, completely 100% AI-generated.
Two riders, five pursuers, one packed highway. No crew, no stunts, just
Seedance 2.5 and a very detailed prompt "bible" to keep 5 bikes chasing in
the right direction.
The hardest part wasn't the visuals, it was physics. Seedance 2.5 kept putting the chasers IN FRONT of the getaway bike instead of behind it. Then i had to engineer a whole camera system + spatial rules to fix it. Then redesigned the ending after gunfire got flagged by moderation.
what i have finally had peace with is; AI filmmaking is 90% prompt engineering.
