THE CONCEPT
The story follows a hostel student
who keeps skipping breakfast — told
through a friend who notices, and
a mother's voice she'd forgotten.
Every visual in this campaign is
written directly onto a yoga mat —
not as decoration, but as the metaphor
holding the whole idea together.
A yoga mat is something you unroll
every time you choose to show up
for yourself. That's exactly what
skipping breakfast is the opposite of.
So instead of a typical food photography
backdrop, the mat became the page the
story is written on — making the brand's
core value, "showing up for yourself,"
literal before a single word of copy
even appears.

less like a nutrition reminder and more
like a moment of self-respect.

My current focus is premium, conversion-focused websites for founders, personal brands, service businesses, and editorial platforms.

I care a lot about clean visual hierarchy, responsive execution, strong first impressions, and websites that feel custom instead of template-based.

the premium feel to this one is strong (& to make it better by a thousand miles or so, feels SO effortless)! great work!
One thing I learned about writing health content this week:
Always lead with the reader's problem, not the solution.
Most health articles start with "here are 7 tips to manage PCOS" but the reader doesn't feel seen yet. They clicked because they're struggling.
Start with that struggle first. Acknowledge it. Then offer the solution.
That one shift makes your content more engaging, more trustworthy, and more likely to be shared.
This is the approach I bring to every piece I write for wellness brands and health blogs.
