CRM Data Hygiene + Smart Tagging System
Project Description
CRM Data Hygiene + Smart Tagging is an AI automation system designed to help businesses clean, organize, and classify CRM data automatically.
The system detects incomplete records, duplicate contacts, missing fields, outdated lead information, and inconsistent customer data. It then applies smart tags based on lead source, customer intent, deal stage, urgency, industry, and follow-up priority.
This helps sales and operations teams keep their CRM clean, improve segmentation, reduce manual admin work, and make follow-ups more accurate.

its an interactive experience / game that shows how design inputs from each member of the product team affects the turn out of a product.
Players step into a product environment where choices from different roles in a product team shape the final outcome showing how design is never a solo decision, but a system of perspectives. It’s more than a game it’s a reflection on how design decisions impact user experience.
Built entirely in Figma, and implemented using Figma Make. I also used Figma Agent to generate supporting visual elements and background systems.
The experience was designed and built within a short hackathon window, focusing on interaction, storytelling, and real-time design transformation rather than static UI.
