Biometric Wellness & Mindfulness Platform
Product Design · Mobile App · UX Research
Tranquil is a wellness platform designed to help users manage stress through biometric insights, guided sessions, and immersive mindfulness experiences.
The focus of this work was translating physiological data into experiences that feel calming and intuitive rather than clinical. Instead of overwhelming users with metrics, the product surfaces meaningful insights through visualizations, guided sessions, and contextual recommendations.
I designed health dashboards, biometric feedback views, meditation sessions, and personalized wellness journeys, while establishing the visual language and interaction patterns that define the product experience.
Designing for therapists means prioritizing what matters in the next few minutes, not just what looks good on a dashboard.
I explored two layout directions for a mental health practice management web app that helps psychologists manage sessions, patients, documentation, tasks, and follow-ups.
Both concepts use the same core widgets, but with different positioning and visual hierarchy. The goal was to make daily priorities easier to scan and act on.
Option A feels a bit more natural for a therapist's workflow. Placing the daily schedule and key priorities right at the top makes it much easier to scan between back-to-back sessions without unnecessary friction. Great focus on practical UX over just aesthetics.
Thus, manual appointment creation is an edge case, something that happens when a specific customer request or exception requires human intervention.
When that happens, the system surfaces available technicians ranked by fit and shows how much distance and time the appointment adds to their route for that day. The manager picks from a ranked list rather than guessing.
The typography and color choices were made with one thing in mind: the platform needs to feel embedded in whatever system the client is already using rather than standing out as something foreign. We kept everything deliberately neutral.
Light and dark mode both follow the user's system preference automatically.
