Job Title: Lead Brand Identity & Packaging Designer (Premium DTC Wellness)

The Project:
Kinexis Labs is launching a high-performance male vitality supplement: We are looking for an elite brand identity and packaging designer to build our visual ecosystem from scratch.
We are strictly avoiding the generic, loud "fitness" or "bodybuilding" aesthetic. We are building a stark, clinical, and minimalist brand. It should feel pharmaceutical-grade, authoritative, and highly premium—think Aesop, La Mer, or modern luxury nootropics applied to male performance.
The Deliverables:
Brand Identity System: Primary/Secondary logo suite, typography rules, and a high-contrast color palette (anchored on a matte black baseline) for our Shopify store.
Print-Ready Packaging: Full front and back label designed directly onto our contract manufacturer's print dieline.
Retail & 3PL Readiness: You must incorporate a standard UPC barcode space on the back panel (we will provide the official GS1 vector file for final placement).
FDA Compliance Formatting: You must properly format the Supplement Facts panel according to strict FDA Title 21 CFR 101.36 guidelines (we provide the data, you execute the legal typography).
3D Renders: 3 to 5 photorealistic, studio-lit 3D mockups of the final matte black bottle for our website and Meta ads.
What We Are Looking For:
A portfolio that proves mastery of negative space, Swiss/grid typography, and clinical minimalism.
Actual experience taking physical CPG or supplement packaging to print (CMYK, bleeds, pantones).
In-house 3D rendering capabilities (no flat, cheap mockups).

Tendral Health came to us with a platform that connects verified physicians with paid clinical surveys.
They needed a brand identity and product experience that made the offer feel credible from the first screen.
Physicians are busy, skeptical, and putting their professional expertise behind every response. If the product is vague about verification, time commitment, or payout, there is no reason for them to keep going.
So we designed the full experience around clarity:
Sign-in recognizes users as clinicians, with verification and HIPAA messaging visible immediately.
Before a survey begins, physicians see the payout, time commitment, question count, and who’s signed in.
The completion screen puts the earned amount and payout options front and center.
The identity needed to do the same work. Navy and blue establish the clinical, professional feel this audience expects. Orange brings in the human part, the value of a physician’s time and insight.
The result is a brand and product experience that feel like one system, from the first impression through payment.
For Tendral’s users, trust is not something you earn halfway through the flow.
