Care Assist — 0-to-1 Operations & Workflow Architecture
As Operations Lead, I spearheaded the 0-to-1 operational architecture and service intake workflows for Care Assist, a healthcare and educational innovation platform awarded NT$100,000 in non-dilutive grant funding from the Ministry of Education (MOE U-start).
Key Deliverables:
• Mapped end-to-end service workflows and intake procedures, eliminating friction across multi-step user onboarding.
• Conducted 20+ qualitative discovery sessions and usability walkthroughs with prospective partners to shape core service specifications.
• Built structured tracking systems in Google Sheets and Excel to manage stakeholder touchpoints, milestone deliverables, and operations with zero record loss.
• Secured 3 competitive startup awards and established clear cross-functional SOPs for ongoing service execution.
