Every product opens and closes with code. That one line became the Yage logo.
Yage is a software company. Their work is a simple loop: idea, build, ship. So instead of a generic tech symbol, I built the mark from the shape developers type every day, the angle bracket. The opening bracket is the idea, the closing bracket is the shipped product, and the Yage name sits between them as the work. Both are cut at the same 34° angle, and the whole identity grows from that single cut: colors, type, app icon, all of it.
I also coded the frontend of their SaaS dashboard and landing page, so the brand and the product came from the same hands.
Curious how you approach it: do you start a logo from the client’s name, or from what they actually do?

Using the brackets devs type every day is a smart idea for the mark.
