From a service request to the visit on site, the customer record stays connected.
I designed and developed Signature BP Ops, an internal Windows app for a business specializing in central vacuum systems.
The workflow connects incoming requests, customer and equipment records, scheduling, dispatch, and field visits with checklists and reports. The interface keeps the next action visible while preserving the history of the job.
I handled the workflow design, UI and development with Electron, React and TypeScript. The case study walks through six screens from the working app, using demonstration data.
