Signature BP Ops | Internal Operations App

Signature BP Ops is an internal Windows application I designed and developed for Signature BP inc., a field-service business specializing in central vacuum systems.

The application connects service requests, customer and equipment records, scheduling, dispatch and field visits. A permanent customer record keeps the work history connected, while each stage exposes the next action.

My contribution: workflow design, interface design and application development with Electron, React, TypeScript, Fastify and PostgreSQL.
