I recently worked on a project that involved automating client broadcasts using n8n, Google Sheets, and Telegram. The tech stack was pretty straightforward, but it took some time to figure out the nodes. Now my clients get personalized updates every week.

It’s all about making property management simpler and more efficient.
This workflow was a fun challenge to build, lots of branching logic, but worth it to see property owners save time and avoid repetitive tasks. Excited to keep refining it
