StudioFlow — Architecture & Interior Design Operations System
Overview
StudioFlow is a portfolio project focused on designing a centralized operations system for a growing architecture and interior design studio.
The system brings client onboarding, project setup, internal handoffs, tasks, documentation, and delivery readiness into one structured workspace.
The Business Problem
As a studio grows, client and project information can become scattered across different tools and processes.
The goal was to create a clearer operational structure that would help the team:
