One of the techniques I built for the Flora challenge this week turned out more useful than I expected. It takes an empty scene and a photo of someone and composites them in naturally.
What I mean by naturally: sauna room and it puts the person in a robe. Office and they get business casual. It reads the environment, matches lighting, handles scale.
Everyone uses AI to add people to scenes now. But it's still a lot of prompting and tweaking to get it right. This just does it in one step.
