This is part of a brand identity and motion design system created for Diar Development Ltd, a forward-thinking real estate and construction company that I got to work with earlier this year.
The goal was clear: craft a premium, modern visual identity that reflects trust, sophistication, and long-term value, key qualities in the real estate space.
From the logo design to motion elements, every detail was intentionally developed to:
- Communicate credibility and professionalism,
- Position the brand within a high-end market segment
- Create a strong and memorable visual presence
The motion design aspect brings the brand to life, adding depth, elegance, and a sense of innovation that aligns with the company’s vision of building modern communities.

An architecture and interior design studio, wanted a brand that felt more approachable within the industry.
One small detail became key: the dot in the name.
Instead of keeping it perfectly geometric, we softened it. Made it more fluid. From there, it evolved into a linear form that helped shape the brand icon, reflecting the idea of transforming a space.
That same point, combined with textures, became a recurring element across the identity. A simple detail, but one that makes the brand feel more recognizable and cohesive.
