Just because your QuickBooks looks right doesn’t mean it actually is.
Here’s what most business owners miss:
There’s a big difference between seeing a balance that “seems fine” and having accounts that are properly reconciled.
Reconciliation means one thing:
➡️ Every transaction in QuickBooks matches your bank statement exactly, line by line.
Not close. Not assumed. Exact.
Why it matters:
You could have missing transactions
You could have duplicates
You could be relying on numbers that aren’t accurate
And the tricky part?
👉 Everything can still look normal on the surface.
I’ve seen books off by thousands that appeared fine at a glance.

Today I had Data of WellCare Health Clinic where I get the Messy and Inconsistent data of the clinic which I had fixed the problem
What was the problem:
1.Was it Structured ❌
2.Is the data provided Consistent and Not Broken ❌
3.Is the data easily Recognisable by looking at it (like can we Identify it is expense, Utilities or Income ❌
4.Is it maintained in proper format ❌
How I fixed it using Excel:
1.First, I categorize the data properly in a Structure ✅
2.Then I put the data into proper format (Like 1/4/24 to 01-04-2024) ✅
3.I just take out the Inconsistent, Broken and duplicate data into Consistent data ✅
4.I made data easily Recognisable by looking it (Like We can easily identify expense utility and income by highlighting them. ✅
Left one is the messy and Inconsistent data and right one is Proper structured and Consistent Data

After a long silence — Power BI has been consuming all my hours 🎯
Just wrapped Page 1 of a multi-page sales performance dashboard for a supermarket chain client. This is what I've been building quietly instead of posting 😅
The problem:
My client was tracking sales in scattered reports — no single source of truth for MOM (Month-over-Month) trends, store performance, or daily variations. Leadership had to hunt through multiple sheets to answer basic questions.
What we built:
A live Power BI dashboard that answers:
✓ Which stores are underperforming? (Rankings updated daily)
✓ How much did revenue grow last month? (MOM % at a glance)
✓ Are we hitting targets? (Real-time KPIs with trend indicators)
✓ Which products drive revenue? (Top 10 breakdown)
✓ How do weekdays vs weekends compare? (Day-over-Day trends)
The tech stack:
Data cleaned in Excel → Loaded to Power BI → Published online → Live slicers for filtering by date, store, category
Pages 2 & 3 in progress (Store Analysis + Returns Breakdown). But honestly? This work is the kind you don't post about until it's done. Now it is.

One of our clients lost 20% of their website traffic. That was the right outcome.
Their site was organized around who they are and who they serve. Almost nothing about what the product does.
So we rebuilt the website around the product, with each item named after what it does. The customers page was built as a trust center, because in compliance software nobody signs before they trust you
Every one of those choices narrowed who the site talks to. Traffic was going to fall.
Three months on:
Page views: down 20%
Clicks: down 26%
Clicks per user: up 8%
Conversions: up 7%
Fewer visitors. More of the right ones.
Traffic is the easiest number to grow and the easiest one to panic about. A quarter where views and clicks both drop looks like failure on a dashboard. It was the quarter this site started converting better.
