I THINK—
Predicted growth #job sectors, (https://x.com/contraben/status/2108227412156932298?s=46 ):
1. AI and Machining Learning Specialists
2. Big Data and Cybersecurity Experts
3. Renewable Energy and Advanced Environmental Engineers
4. Advanced Healthcare and Nursing Professionals.
Skilled Trades —whose complex environments resist #full automation.
Based on the WEF Skills Analysis 2025 Report, I think we could see around 39% of core job skills #change become noticeable by/from 2030.

Creative Intelligence Report by Contra Labs
We surveyed 150k+ working creatives to explore how AI is changing creative work.
150k creatives surveyed makes me think the charts came first and the copy followed. whatever they used, the type on that report carries it
So excited to see Creative Intelligence 2026 by @Contra Labs out in the world!
At @Heed Collective , we had the pleasure of designing both the website and the report. We’re incredibly grateful for this collaboration!
Our creative exploration started with a question:
What does Creative Intelligence mean today?
We believe it lives at the intersection of creativity and analysis, imagination and insight.
We translated this into a visual story that begins in space — vast, dreamy, full of possibility — and gradually moves closer to Earth, grounding imagination in something tangible and human.
Huge congrats to the whole team, @Erin Horner, @Ben Huffman, @Mark Vassilevskiy, @Alex Karpodinis, @Stacy · Heed Collective, @Heed Collective , and the entire @Contra Labs team 👏
Incredible work, congrats!
