Mirror Mirror is a beauty school that teaches on your own face.
Your device becomes the mirror.
The mirror becomes the teacher.
It can read your face shape and eye shape, adapt lessons to your features, and guide you through techniques directly in the camera instead of making you mentally translate somebody else’s tutorial onto yourself.
And because I cannot build one normal feature and then behave myself, it now also has:
💎 42 lessons across 7 tracks, from foundations and skincare to brows, eyes, cheeks and lips.
💎 Complete looks you can practise before you actually need them.
💎 An AI big sister you can ask questions while you are doing your makeup. “Is this blush too much?” is now a legitimate technical query.
💎 A private album so you can actually see your progress instead of relying on the highly scientific measurement of “I think I am slightly less bad at this now.” Peer reviewed by: me staring at myself in the bathroom mirror. Women in STEM.
💎 A planner for looks you want to practise, because discovering you cannot do a smoky eye 14 minutes before leaving the house is technically poor project management.
💎 Levels, XP, jewels and brooches because if I am learning eyeliner, I would personally like a tiny shiny object for my suffering.
But more importantly:
Your makeup bag is not treated as an excuse to make you buy more things.
You can photograph what you already own and Mirror Mirror works with that first.
If you want something new, it can sit on a 30-day wait list before you decide whether you actually want it.
Because the beauty industry is already very good at convincing us the solution is always another product.

Great concept
I've been working on Cervia, a @Framer website for a single product.
A good single-product site combines the landing page and the store in one page, so the call to action is the purchase itself. Visitors learn what the product is, see why it’s better, and add it to the cart without leaving the page.
The challenge is making one page do both jobs. It has to look like a landing page, with room to explain the product and show it well, and still work like a store product page, with the price, colors and Add to cart always close at hand.
Every extra step between arriving and paying loses some buyers, so I kept the steps to a minimum.
This is so well put Heron! 🔥 Single-product site logic is spot on - landing + store in one page removes friction, CTA is purchase itself. No wandering around. Visitors learn what it is, why it's better, add to cart without scrolling through 5 pages - that's conversion gold!...
