Sales CRM and outreach to manufacturers
Goal: give managers one place to work with manufacturers — from the first call to the deal.
What was built: a custom CRM (Next.js + PostgreSQL): drag-and-drop deal kanban, contacts, companies, manager tasks, access roles. Loaded a base of 521 manufacturers (incl. 107 from the export.gov.ua catalogue), migrated 98 requests. Touch scenarios: call or email → presentation → quote with numbers → everything logged in the CRM.
