Developing an e-commerce website for an MSME within a football community in Sidoarjo, East Java, Indonesia, to provide a dedicated platform where community members can buy and sell products.
Conducting research by drawing comparisons with other communities—building upon the existing assets of the MFS community—through a multi-stage process that includes redesigning the interface and performing user testing with their community members.
Unfortunately, development has not yet proceeded to the stage of creating a website or e-commerce platform for the MFS community’s MSMEs.
