In telehealth design, looking pretty gets attention. Looking trustworthy gets the sale. Novi is a telemedicine and wellness brand offering clinically guided treatments across weight loss, anti-aging, skincare, and strength/performance. The challenge was clear: while their medical infrastructure was strong, the website didn't reflect the level of credibility, trust, and premium care they provide. I created a visual direction built around a restrained palette, confident typography, generous whitespace, and a clinical-but-warm visual language โ positioning DosePop as a credible modern healthcare provider, not another influencer wellness brand. The user experience was designed around the moments where trust matters most โ from physician support and patient outcomes to treatment information and clear trust signals. Each element helps answer the questions users have before taking the next step toward treatment. Nothing about it is loud. Because in telehealth design, credibility converts better than hype ever could. This is the exact problem I solve for telehealth and DTC health brands โ clinically strong products held back by digital experiences that don't earn the trust they need. If your healthcare brand needs a digital experience that feels as credible and premium as the care behind it, let's connect. #TelehealthDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23telehealthdesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #UIUXDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23uiuxdesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #EcommerceDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23ecommercedesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #HealthcareDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23healthcaredesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #DesignSystem (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23designsystem&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #DTCBranding (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23dtcbranding&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED) #ConversionDesign (https://www.linkedin.com/search/results/all/?keywords=%23conversiondesign&origin=HASH_TAG_FROM_FEED)

Telehealth brands can get thousands of visitors a day, and most leave before starting the intake form. In this project, 85% of new visitors bounced. They got lost in messy product lists, couldn't find the treatment they came for, or didn't trust the brand enough to continue. That's one of the most common problems I see: plenty of traffic, but poor conversion. And the fix isn't a design that simply converts better. In a market full of similar brands, selling treatments isn't enough. People are trusting you with their health, so you have to earn that trust first. What I found: โ Key treatments were buried among too many products โ The brand felt generic and forgettable โ Core journeys were overcomplicated, with too much friction โ Little social proof, and what existed felt staged What I changed: โ Empathetic, doctor-toned copy with clear messaging and strong CTAs, using hooks that promise an outcome, not a discount โ A stronger content hierarchy, so the right treatment is visible in seconds โ Simpler patient journeys, with fewer steps and less guessing โ Real social proof and infographics that show outcomes visually The results: โ 29% lower bounce rate โ 48% higher conversion rate โ 2ร growth in active members My biggest takeaway: Telehealth shouldn't behave like traditional e-commerce. You're not selling a product. You're asking someone to make a personal decision about their health. So the job of design is to sell clarity, confidence, and personalization, backed by outcomes patients can actually achieve. What's the one thing that makes you trust a telehealth ecommerce enough to start the intake form? ๐ #telehealth #telehealthecommercedesign #telehealthdesigner #shopifywebsite
