One of the things I find interesting about UX design is how much it can change the way people work day to day.
We recently worked on Delipal, a POS system for restaurant teams, focusing on a challenge that comes up during every busy shift: how to make things easier when waiters are juggling multiple tables, updating orders, and coordinating with the kitchen.
We redesigned the Waiter POS and Orders Monitor to make the whole process more intuitive and efficient, from taking an order to getting it ready in the kitchen.
It’s a good reminder that great UX isn’t always about adding something new. Sometimes, it’s about making the things people already do every day a little easier.
