Retailers often rely on guesswork when designing store layouts, even though customer movement and product visibility play a major role in sales performance.

I built RetailFlow, an interactive store layout simulator that allows retailers to reposition fixtures, simulate shopper traffic, and visualize heatmaps, impulse zones, and dead space across the store environment. As layouts change, the system updates performance analytics in real time to highlight opportunities for improving traffic exposure and product placement.

Built using Figma Make for the #FigmaMakeathon challenge.
