As part of this, we are looking for a designer to develop a scalable, globally adaptable visual system across our site and all distribution channels.
Below is the expected scope of work:
1. Site Landing Pages â Design
Clean, editorial-style homepage design
Intuitively and easy to navigate designÂ
Strong emphasis on headline layouts, storytelling and readability
Modular layout (to allow rotation of stories, not static)
Sections for:
Breaking StoriesÂ
Standard Stories (evergreen)
Featured / Hero Story
Categories (Conflict, Health, Crime, etc.)
Op-Eds
Daily âQuote / Thought of the Dayâ module
Optional light âJoke of the Dayâ (subtle, culturally adaptable)
