Motion fits the luxury real estate mood, but the real test here is whether the video pulls the eye away from "Explore properties". I would keep the loop short and slow, set a poster frame for instant load, and add a reduced-motion fallback so the CTA still wins the first three seconds.

This is a very unfair comparison between the two options. Motion would win regardless, cause it's more captivating to the human eye. I'd reframe your question about who your audience is and if the website needs to be accessible for all of them. Sometimes the answer is no, and thats okay too
