Parioli Penthouse Renovation | Before & After

This project showcases the complete transformation of a penthouse apartment located in the prestigious Parioli district of Rome.

The goal was to redesign the existing layout into a bright, elegant, and highly functional family home. Through thoughtful space planning, custom furniture solutions, premium material selection, and photorealistic 3D visualization, the apartment was completely reimagined while maximizing natural light and improving everyday living.

The "Before & After" presentation highlights how strategic interior design can dramatically enhance both aesthetics and functionality without changing the essence of the space.

Hey everyone! 👋

I designed a modern chair and table set completely from scratch on SketchUp, and made it available in multiple formats (like OBJ and FBX) to fit all rendering software.

I'd love for one of my fellow designers or colleagues to try it out and give me honest feedback: how are the details, the files, and is working with the different formats smooth?

The first copy is completely free for the first person who leaves a comment or sends me a DM!

Who's claiming their first copy now?

The Cankurtaran’s House — Warmth, Texture & Balance

A well-designed interior is more than just beautiful. It should feel balanced, intentional, and connected.

For this visualization, I focused on warm timber, earthy tones, layered lighting, thoughtful furniture placement, and natural textures to create a calm and inviting atmosphere.
