Most homepage heroes say nothing "The AI platform for revenue teams" "Premium skincare for modern men" "The creator tool for serious builders" Swap the company name and nothing changes, so stop naming the category you sit in and name the tension you solve: "For sales teams whose forecast still lives in a spreadsheet" "For men who've outgrown the eight-step routine" "For builders shipping their second product" Tension beats category EVERY TIME Most companies fix everything else on the homepage and skip the hero while that is the one that matters. What does yours say?
